Quick review for busy people
A beautifully designed stay with friendly, attentive service. The rooftop restaurant serves delicious food with an really good view of the Old City. The gym is well-equipped, and room service was promptly handled. Be aware of potential miscommunication regarding reservations. Worth every penny for luxury seekers!

From skeptic to believer
The rooftop bar offers fabulous food and a fine view. On arrival, staff assistance were really good, easing travel weariness with warm hospitality.
Room changes were inconvenient. One had faulty electrics and another shared a wall with noisy neighbors. The front desk's indifference to my complaints was disappointing for a luxury hotel.

The venue is simply beautiful, neat and the location is perfect and excellent not far from the market, and the Happy Fish restaurant in the Mamilla Mall. The breakfast is abundant and savoury, with numerous baked offerings, amazing view, American coffee.

Unique hotel, clean, delicious breakfast, beautiful location right in the center practically next to the old city. Location short walk to Israel for several weeks as well as the city's most upscale malls.

The location of Mamilla Hotel is fantastic. Just a short walk to Jaffa Gate and the Old City. The rooftop restaurant offers fine views of the city, especially at night. I enjoyed the breakfast, it had a wide variety. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathroom design was a bit off, with not enough space for toiletries and awkward frost glass that left too little privacy. I was disappointed there was no outdoor pool. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, but I expected a bit more attention in service during dining. I noticed some dishes had familiar spices, and it would have been nice if the kitchen catered more to specific dietary needs. Great hotel with potential improvements in comfort and service consistency.

The breakfast buffet was by far the best we had during our Israel trip. The location of the hotel to the Old City was great. The Mamilla was not nearly as stuffy as the Citadel.
The gym was not ready during our stay.

Perfect location. Easy walk to Jaffa Gate. Near shopping plaza. Staff very sweet, try to be helpful and give personal attention.Reception staff is first rate.
Disappointing breakfast buffet, compared to other hotel's Israeli breakfast. Not that it was bad, but given the level of this hotel, would have expected breakfast at least on par with other "lesser" hotels, and it was not at all.

This is a luxurious hotel where they look after your every need. The rooms, property and dining are outstanding. I love the design and incredible detail they have put forth into every aspect of it. It was a complete joy to stay there. We loved it so much we extended our stay.
The only thing I can say negative about the Mamilla is that wi fi should be included for the price and also considering the very high standard they have set in their property. I found paying $ 20 a day strange for the cost of the rooms and the level of service they provide. I think they should modify this policy

The breakfast buffet was amazing with so many options including the delicious shakshuka. The location was perfect for exploring Jerusalem, just a short walk to the Old City.
In my wife's opinion, the bathroom privacy could be improved.
